How
soon can you visit the site?
Within
five business days of receiving data. As soon as I receive the summary
sheet duly filled out and receive an indication to proceed from
our investors, I set up a meeting with the Broker and the intended
Borrower to walk the site, discuss the transactions terms and conditions
with all respective parties.
What information do you need from us to start the process?
To
stream line the process and facilitate the approval timetable, The
Company has created a "summary sheet" which requests very
specific data on the site. This chart is universal, that is, it
is used by all borrowers. It is critical that the data is received
in this format, for the same information is reviewed by our investor
Group.
